New name, same team | USLAW’s official settlement partner — Arcadia Settlements Group

With the New Year upon us, we wanted to share some exciting news about Structured Financial Associates, Inc. (SFA) — USLAW’s official structured settlement partner since 2018. SFA recently combined resources with its sister company, Arcadia Settlements Group (Arcadia) to accelerate the evolution of the structured settlements industry in support of defendants, insurers and attorneys. SFA formally became part of Arcadia effective January 1, 2020.

The merger brings together Arcadia, the first structured settlement company with over 45 years of rich history, and SFA, a national leader in structured settlements for more than 30 years. By combining, the two companies – which have operated as independent entities within Integrated Financial Services, Inc. (IFS) – have formed the largest provider of settlement planning services in the world.

What does this mean to you?
