New leadership named for 2024-25 USLAW Construction Law Practice Group

CORAL SPRINGS, Fla., Oct. 18, 2024 – We are pleased to announce that Caryn A. Boisen of Larson ● King, LLP in St. Paul, Minnesota, has been named chair of the USLAW NETWORK Construction Law Practice Group. Boisen follows Joseph F. Moore of Hanson Bridgett LLP, who served as chair of the practice group for the past year. Louis J. Vogel of Sweeny & Sheehan, P.C. in Philadelphia will serve as vice chair, and Thomas A. Ped of Williams Kastner in Portland, Oregon, and Matthew C. Bouchard of Poyner Spruill LLP in Raleigh, North Carolina, will serve as secretary and educational coordinator, respectively,

The members of the USLAW Construction Law Group represent owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors in all trade specialties, construction managers, design professionals, including architects and engineers, construction product manufacturers, and material suppliers. Some of our members also represent insurance companies in connection with construction-related issues. Collectively, the group’s members provide legal services related to a myriad of construction issues.

Joe has been actively involved with the Construction Law Practice Group, and his time, energy, guidance and commitment to leading this group over the past 26 months are appreciated.
