About this program
Society is demanding more and more from corporate America, especially after the events of 2020. Often the strategies for addressing and managing corporate social responsibility are falling in the lap of the general counsel’s office. This diversity, equity and inclusion session will address the general counsel’s ever-expanding role in identifying their business’s responsibility to the wider societal good. This goes beyond economic performance and compliance and addresses how companies manage their social, philanthropic, and environmental impacts, as well as their relationships in all key spheres of influence: the workplace, the marketplace, the supply chain, and the community.
