William B. Graham

Bill Graham is a shareholder in the Tallahassee, Florida office of Carr Allison. He focuses his practice on corporate and business litigation, transactional work, insurance regulatory law and lobbying. For over 20 years he has served local governments as litigation counsel for the Preferred Governmental Insurance Trust and the Florida Association of Counties Trust, defending the interests of clients throughout the state of Florida. With an expertise in property and casualty insurance operations and start-up activities, Mr. Graham regularly provides advice and counsel to clients ranging from Fortune 500 entities to regional and local insurance start ups. For the past 20+ years he has served as General Counsel to a legislatively created automobile insurer in the state of Florida. Mr. Graham received his B.A. and law degree from the University of Florida.
