Tom Vandeginste

Tom has been a lawyer at Dirkzwager since 1994 and is fully specialized in employment law and codetermination law. In his practice, Tom mainly assists large employers, with an emphasis on the strategic aspects of the aforementioned legal areas. Tom advises on large-scale reorganizations, (company) takeovers and restructurings. Of course, individual employment matters, such as dismissal cases, are also part of his daily practice. Tom's regular clientele includes leading employers in the healthcare and profit sectors. Tom has been a partner at Dirkzwager since 2005. From September 2015 to December 2021, Tom was chairman of the board of Dirkzwager.
