Todd Estes is a partner at Pierce Couch Hendrickson Baysinger & Green, L.L.P.; he joined Pierce Couch Hendrickson Baysinger & Green in 1991 and was made a partner in 1999. Since that time, he has defended corporations and insurance carriers throughout the state in a broad range of litigation, including workers’ compensation, insurance coverage and recovery claims, and litigating complex injury and exposure claims. His clients include small local businesses to Fortune 500 companies. Todd practices currently before the Oklahoma Compensation Court of Existing Claims and the Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation Commission. Todd also represents Employers when faced with alleged, wrongful termination claims, need for coverage opinions and statutory insurance compliance. Todd is a founding member and the committee chair of the Workers’ Compensation Defense Counsel. In recent years, he has served on the legislative and Governor’s caucuses addressing workers’ compensation reform. Todd was admitted to the bar in 1990 after earning his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma School of Law in 1989 and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Oklahoma in 1986. Todd is a member of the Oklahoma and American Bar Associations, the Oklahoma Association of Defense Counsel, the Workers’ Compensation Defense Counsel, and the Defense Research Institute.
