Todd A. Chamberlain is a Partner in the Los Angeles office of Murchison & Cumming, LLP. He is Co-Chair of the Insurance Law Practice Group. Mr. Chamberlain focuses his practice on, and has extensive background in, representing insurers in connection with coverage issues arising out of construction defect and product liability matters, representing insurers in complex insurance and bad faith litigation, commercial liability, carrier v. carrier contribution actions, disputes involving Cumis counsel and prosecuting and defending declaratory relief actions. Mr. Chamberlain also provides advice in risk management and has represented numerous insurers in high exposure mediations and arbitrations.
Mr. Chamberlain has served as a volunteer mediator for Los Angeles County Superior Court programs and acted as researcher, writer and editor for co-author of the California Insurance Litigation Practice Guide (The Rutter Group). He is the author of "When the Levee Breaks; Emerging Mold Claims in the 21st Century" (M & C Insurance Symposium).
