Stephen J. Trayner

Steve Trayner has been representing clients in a variety of high-exposure matters, including product liability, professional liability, bad faith, and transportation cases, for more than 30 years. He was invited in 2008 to become a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers, an honor restricted to no more than 1% of practicing attorneys in the United States, based upon his professionalism and extensive and highly successful history of jury trials. He has successfully tried to conclusion more than 60 jury trials in Utah state and federal courts and argued appeals before Utah appellate courts and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.
