Stella Lellos

Stella Lellos is a partner in Rivkin Radler's Corporate practice group. She has significant experience in all aspects of complex corporate transactions, including private company mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, corporate finance transactions, and general corporate representation of U.S.-based and international companies. Stella represents domestic and international clients in the start-up and expansion of businesses across international lines, assisting foreign clients entering the U.S. market with the selection of appropriate business entities, ownership structures and compliance with U.S. laws. She advises companies from start-up to maturity and has handled many joint ventures, acquisitions, and dispositions of assets and stock in a variety of industries, many involving cross-border issues. She advises clients on domestic and international joint ventures, as well as trademark and software licensing, executive employment and compensation issues, and corporate governance matters. Stella currently serves as Chair of the USLAW NETWORK Business Transactions and M&A Practice Group.
