Shea Sisk Wellford

Shea Wellford represents large and small business, financial institutions, and individuals in civil litigation. She has broad experience representing clients for more than 25 years in cases involving commercial and business disputes, construction issues, contracts, business torts, trade secrets, intellectual property, products liability, defamation, fraud, lender liability, property disputes, employee issues, and insurance coverage questions, among others. Shea is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, a member of the Executive Committee for Martin Tate, and has served as President of the Memphis Bar Association; Federal Bar Association, Mid-South Chapter; and the Leo Bearman, Jr. American Inn of Court.
