Sean R. Burnett

Sean Burnett is a partner at Snyder Burnett Egerer, LLP. Sean matches his significant trial experience in both state and federal court with a unique ability to achieve favorable settlements at an early stage. Sean has successfully tried cases throughout Southern and Central California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Sean has also successfully argued cases before the Second District Court of Appeal. Sean's practice includes all aspects of civil litigation in areas including premises liability, transportation, real estate and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) litigation and compliance. Sean is an active member of the USLAW Network, currently serving as the Chair of the Retail and Hospitality Practice Group.
