Rodolpho Protasio

Rodolpho Protasio is one of the founding partners of Mundie e Advogados, a mid-size full service boutique law firm founded in São Paulo, Brazil, in 1996. His areas of practice are corporate and M&A, private equity, energy, infrastructure and project finance. He represents clients in a wide range of sectors and has worked on a vast number of transactions and projects, being recognized by different legal market research publications. He has served as member of boards or committees of different organizations. Mr Protasio obtained his law degree from Pontificia Universidade Católica, in Rio de Janeiro (LLB, 1990), and holds a Master’s degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law, Chicago (LLM, cum laude, 1994). He attended several extension and postgraduate courses, in Brazil and in the United States. He is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association; the Brazilian Institute of Studies of Energy Law (IBDE); and International Bar Association (IBA).
