Randall R. Adams

Randy Adams has been trying cases in North Carolina since 1990 and has tried cases to jury verdicts in 10 counties as well as the Federal District Court for the Eastern and Middle Districts of North Carolina. Randy represents companies and individuals in the tort liability arena with an emphasis in transportation, health care and product liability. He has extensive experience in dealing with catastrophic injuries and is frequently retained to manage the investigation of serious accidents prior to the suit being filed. He also represents businesses in a wide range of commercial disputes, and is a certified mediator. Randy is the firm's delegate to the USLAW NETWORK's Transportation Litigation practice group. Randy has maintained an AV® rating with Martindale-Hubbell since 2004. He has also been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America® in Insurance Law, 2010 and 2013-2017.
