For more than two decades Heath Savant has represented clients in Louisiana and Mississippi state and federal courts in transportation, construction, general liability, and insurance coverage dispute litigation. Mr. Savant regularly defends companies and individuals as lead counsel in claims involving multi-million dollar exposure. He has successfully tried cases involving transportation liability, general liability, contract, insurance bad faith, construction, and premises liability claims. Mr. Savant has represented clients as lead counsel in the Louisiana Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit, and regularly practices in the intermediate appellate courts of Louisiana.

From the inception of the case Mr. Savant works closely with clients to identify strengths and weaknesses to develop a successful litigation strategy to minimize or eliminate exposure and to ensure the best outcome in settlement or trial. Leading the firm’s Baton Rouge office, Mr. Savant is a fixture in the Baton Rouge-area legal community while maintaining a practice serving clients throughout Louisiana and Mississippi.
