Pamela Springrose Hallford is a shareholder at Carr Allison and is resident in the Dothan (AL) office. Pam’s practice focuses on the commercial transportation industry, specifically the defense of commercial motor carriers involved in catastrophic accidents. She represents these clients if or when they are involved in accidents as well as provides guidance to transportation companies looking to implement new policies. Pam is a member of Carr Allison’s accident investigation/emergency response GO TEAM.
In addition to her transportation work, Pam offers assistance to a diverse group of clients throughout Alabama’s wiregrass region and southwest Georgia on an array of topics from dram shop to premises liability. Pam is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Alabama and Georgia.
Pam serves as the Membership Vice-Chair and DRI for Life Vice-Chair of the Trucking Committee for DRI, and as the Vice-Chair for the Judicial Fairness Committee for TIDA. Pam is a member of the Alabama Bar Association, Houston County Bar Association, Alabama Defense Lawyers Association (ADLA), the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association (GDLA) and is a sponsor attorney for Real Mother Truckers (RMT). Pam has lectured on topics related to the defense of the trucking industry across the country and is active in the Dothan Area Chamber of Commerce.
