Noble F. Allen is partner at Hinckley Allen & Snyder's office in Hartford, Connecticut, and is a member of the firm's Litigation and Real Estate Practice Groups. He practices primarily in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, commercial landlord tenant law, and immigration. He routinely litigates premises liability cases and commercial landlord and tenant matters where he represents national and regional real estate developers, other property owners, and some national and regional retail tenants. He has lectured on and authored several articles regarding commercial landlord tenant law, as well as general leasing and retail related matters. He previously served as a court appointed member and the Chair of Connecticut's Statewide Grievance Committee . He is the author of a Treatise titled Connecticut Landlord and Tenant Law with Forms (3rd Edition), published by the Connecticut Law Tribune and ALM Media. He graduated from Norwich University, Corps of Cadets (B.A); The American University, School of International Service (M.A); and The American University, Washington College of Law (J.D).
