Mark E. Hardin

Mark E. Hardin is a partner with Pierce Couch Hendrickson Baysinger & Green, L.L.P. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation matters, including commercial and general liability, premises liability, construction, transportation, toxic torts, medical negligence, employment, banking & lending liability and creditor rights/bankruptcy. Prior to joining the firm, Mark spent two years as general counsel of an investment advisor. In the past 30 years, he has litigated numerous matters and tried numerous cases in Oklahoma State and Federal Courts and maintains an active appellate practice in State and Federal Appellate Courts. He earned a B.S. in Management Science and Computer Systems from Oklahoma State University in 1990 and earned a J.D. with Distinction from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1993. He is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and the Oklahoma Association of Defense Counsel. He is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Western and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. He lives in Tulsa with his wife. They have two daughters and seven grandchildren.
