Lynn L. Audie

Lynn Audie, a partner in the Miami office of Wicker Smith, has over 20 years of experience handling complex litigation in both state and federal court, covering a broad spectrum of legal matters, including medical malpractice, insurance coverage issues, personal injury claims, contractual disputes, negligent security, premises, and general liability claims. Lynn has tried several medical malpractice and general liability cases in Florida. Lynn graduated from Georgia State University in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science in physical therapy. She then went on to earn a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 1990. Prior to the start of her legal career, Lynn worked as a physical therapist in spinal cord and brain injury rehabilitation. Lynn has an AV® Preeminent™ rating by Martindale-Hubbell, reflecting achievement of the highest rating for skill, professionalism and ethics that a lawyer can attain. She is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, an organization whose purpose is to promote high ethical and technical standards in the legal field. Membership in this organization is through invitation only and requires certification of exceptional qualifications by the local bench and bar to the national offices of ABOTA. Lynn has also been a past member of the Board of Directors for the Dade County Bar Association and is a past chair of the Fee Arbitration Committee of the Florida Bar. Admitted to practice in the state of Florida, she is an active member of the Florida Bar and Dade County Bar Association.
