Kyle B. Mandeville

Kyle Mandeville focuses his practice in the areas of commercial litigation and bankruptcy litigation. He has represented business clients in both federal and state courts in a wide range of civil lawsuits, including franchisor/franchisee disputes, contests over oil and gas rights, construction disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, enforcement of creditor’s rights, conflicts between employers and employees, partnership disputes, claims against corporate officers and directors, and protection of client rights in trade secrets and confidential data. Kyle has successfully tried multiple cases to verdict as first chair and has also obtained dismissals, summary judgments, and large settlements for his clients. He also assists clients in a variety of transactional activities such as forming and terminating business entities, preparing and filing mechanic’s liens, and drafting various contracts on behalf of business clients (employment agreements, consulting agreements, vendor agreements, oil and gas instruments, etc.).

Kyle joined the firm in January 2024 after practicing for 15 years with a respected and established law firm in Dallas, Texas. He became a shareholder in his prior firm in 2018. Kyle looks forward to bringing the same energy and passion for advocating for clients’ interests to Duke Evett.
