Kristin A. VanOrman

Kristin VanOrman is a partner with Strong & Hanni in Salt Lake City, Utah. She graduated cum laude from the Reuben J. Clark Law School at Brigham Young University (BYU Law). Don't let that fool you, though, as her heart will always lie with Notre Dame. Kristin leads the retail and employment practice groups in her firm. She is a member of DRI and UDLA, serves as the Utah State Chair of the Council on Litigation Management and currently is the Utah representative for the American Board of Trial Advocates. She was also named a member of Utah's Legal Elite. Kristin has successfully tried numerous employment cases in state and federal court ranging from harassment, wrongful termination and wage-and-hour issues to civil child abuse in the workplace. She also handles matters before the EEOC and Labor Commission and trains public entities and private companies regarding relevant employment issues.
