OVERVIEW
For two decades Mr. Evett has defended and tried cases in Idaho, California, and Oregon involving product liability (medical device, heavy machinery, tire), aviation, professional liability (accounting, legal and medical malpractice), surety defense, premises liability, 42 U.S.C. sec. 1983 civil rights defense, and personal injury and wrongful death cases. He is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell, has first and second chaired 20 cases at trial, and argued numerous appeals at the Idaho Supreme Court and 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
