He has focused his practice on matters involving insurance defense, employment law and construction advisement in his 11 years of practice across the continental United States. Mr. Krawczyk has worked in both small and large firms, beginning in the national law firm Pepper Hamilton (now Troutman Pepper) and also having practice in a small firm with just 3 attorneys.
He started his legal career in Philadelphia at a boutique employment and labor law firm that represented clients in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. At this firm, Mr. Krawczyk had a varied practice that included advising businesses on trade protection issues, such as Trademarks, and representing employees and employers in matters involving Title VII, ADA, ADEA, EPA and Section 1986. In Philadelphia, Mr. Krawczyk also practiced for four years at a general civil litigation firm where he served on the Business Litigation, Products Liability, and Insurance Defense departments. In 2018, Mr. Krawczyk moved to the Pacific Northwest and continued to handle general civil litigation matters. Additionally, he began to specialize in construction litigation and advising general contractors and owners in various stages of project site disputes. He first began his west coast practice at a high-end construction law firm that represented several international contractors and Fortune 200 businesses in the commercial building arenas in Seattle and Portland. Additionally, Mr. Krawczyk worked at a mid-sized Seattle law firm where he was able to bring his construction practice to a larger firm setting and represent his clients in all aspects of their business.
Finally, Mr. Krawczyk decided to return to family in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and began working with Fee Smith & Sharp, LLP. Mr. Krawczyk has experience representing clients in matters involving insurance defense, premises liability, auto accident liability, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (prohibits discrimination against race, color, national origin, and religion), Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 504 (also prohibits disability) and Age Discrimination Act of 1975.
He has represented clients in all aspects of civil defense in federal and state court, and has had his legal successes discussed in local publications.
He is an avid gardener and foodie, who also enjoys taking his two daughters to the zoo and traveling to far off locations.
