Jennifer Lee began her legal career as an assistant district attorney in Tom Green County, where she gained a vast amount of trial experience handling felony criminal and civil matters. Since joining the firm in 2008, Jennifer has successfully defended multiple wrongful death and trucking and construction fatality matters. Recently, she tried a serious trucking injury case in federal court to a Defense verdict. Additionally, Jennifer has successfully defended clients in construction defect arbitrations. In the nonsubscriber realm, Jennifer assists clients with ERISA plan benefit interpretation; post-workplace injury accident investigation in order to prevent additional accidents and prepare for potential litigation; and defends clients if suit is brought arising from a workplace injury. Jennifer also has vast experience as to general injury defense work in a multitude of genres. Jennifer served as the vice president of the Board of Directors for Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Tom Green County, was on the Board of Directors of the Children's Advocacy Center of Tom Green County, as a member of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers' Board of Directors and serves as secretary for same. Jennifer also served as co-chair of the DAYL Generation Generosity Committee. Jennifer was an associate in the Patrick E. Higginbotham American Inn of Court for the 2013-2014 term. Further, she teaches Sunday School at St. John's Episcopal Church.
