Jennifer Tricker is a partner in Baird Holm's Litigation Practice Group. She is licensed to practice law in the state and federal courts of both Nebraska and Iowa and she has significant first-chair experience effectively representing clients in a wide-range of areas including freight and catastrophic transportation claims, medical device and product liability defense, real estate and construction cases, and complex commercial litigation. Jennifer also represents her clients at the appellate level, arguing before the Nebraska Court of Appeals and the Nebraska Supreme Court.
