Jeffrey Hendrickson is a fifth-year associate in Pierce Couch’s Oklahoma City office. His practice focuses on representing employers in labor and employment matters and other issues affecting the workplace. Mr. Hendrickson has extensive experience representing management in all stages of litigation before state and federal court. Additionally, a portion of his labor and employment practice concerns advising and training employment professionals on how to reduce risk, avoid litigation and manage an efficient workplace. Jeffrey has represented and advised local, regional, and national clients in claims and strategies involving Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the National Labor Relations Act, and various state laws, including the Oklahoma Anti-Discrimination Act. Additionally, Jeffrey advises clients on routine employment matters, such as interviewing, hiring, internal investigations, discipline, and termination. Jeffrey likewise assists employers in developing long-term employment strategies, such as the preparation of workplace policies and procedures, employment handbooks, classification, testing, and training. He is a frequent speaker on labor and employment topics before employment organizations and employment professionals.
