Jean A. Dalmore is a senior partner, co-Chair of the Construction Law practice group and member of the Professional Liability practice group of Murchison & Cumming, LLP. Jean focuses her practice in the area of construction litigation, including breach of contract, construction defect and construction site accident, representing developers, general contractors, sub-contractors and material suppliers in all fields of construction, and in the area of professional liability, representing insurance and real estate agents and brokers, accountants, design professionals, and other professionals in malpractice actions. She also has extensive expertise in the areas of general liability and business torts. Jean is well experienced in all aspects of litigation, including discovery, mediation, arbitration, and trial having spent her entire career as a trial lawyer at Murchison & Cumming. She is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell. Jean is active in the USLAW Network and previously served in leadership of the organization's construction practice group, including serving as Chair. She has also served as co-Chair of the organization's construction program during various Spring Client conferences. Jean is also a member of, and active in, The Defense Research Institute (DRI) Construction Group. Jean is a graduate of the University of Southern California Gould School of Law (J.D.), and California State University, Los Angeles (B.A. Business Administration).
