James D. Snyder

James D. Snyder is Senior counsel with Klinedinst, PC in San Diego, California. Mr. Snyder represents clients in business transactions, M&A, and data privacy issues. He provides legal and compliance counsel to emerging startups and established companies in areas involving licensing, finance and investments, data privacy and security, corporate structuring, contracts, commercial leases, patent, trademark, copyright, and domain portfolios. Mr. Snyder has built a reputation as an outside General Counsel, providing legal guidance on a wide range of issues. He often helps champion his clients' move into the data analytics marketplace through development and oversight of data privacy, data security and SLA policy overhauls. Prior to joining Klinedinst, Mr. Snyder spent the majority of his career as in-house General Counsel for technology companies in the San Francisco Bay Area.
