Eric Lazure

A partner with the firm since 2011, Eric is also director of the Brossard office. He practices mainly in business and corporate law, advising his clients on the implementation of various structures, whether through traditional financing, venture capital financing or private debt or equity- or asset-based financing. He also serves as a legal advisor to various venture capital firms. In the past, he taught business law at the Quebec Bar School and, currently, he often gives conferences on business law and business finance. He is a member of the Club Richelieu in St-Jean-sur-Richelieu since 1994. Fully invested in his clients' success, Eric helps his clients develop effective, profitable strategies while advising them during a transaction. He has an outstanding ability to coordinate and manage even the most complex matters. And Eric makes a priority of upholding high professional and ethical standards.
