A Montreal lawyer, Doug Clarke acts on behalf of domestic and international clients in a broad range of commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, technology licensing and product distribution both inside of Canada and internationally. Given his experience at the international level, Doug oversees the firm's relations outside of Quebec with the USLAW NETWORK, an international network of law firms of which the firm is a member and which it uses to service its clients' needs outside of Quebec. Doug has been a member of the Board of Directors of USLAW NETWORK since 2018. He is also a member of the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association and previously acted as the programs vice chair of the Energy Markets Finance Committee of the American Bar Association Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources.
