Amanda Ritucci is a partner in the West Palm Beach office and focuses her practice on matters involving medical malpractice, legal malpractice and general negligence.
In 2011, Ms. Ritucci graduated with a Juris Doctor from the William & Mary School of Law. Throughout her law school career, Ms. Ritucci was actively involved in various student organizations. She was a board member for the William & Mary Public Service Fund and an editor on the Bill of Rights Journal from 2009-2011. She also served as a graduate research fellow, researching topics in human rights, immigration and international law while conducting a comparative analysis between Europe and the U.S.
Additionally, Ms. Ritucci was a member of the National Trial Team from 2008-2011. She competed in a number of national mock trial competitions and placed in every competition including First Place in the 2010 National Pretrial Competition and Best Advocate in the 2010 Capitol City Challenge National Mock Trial Competition. As a result of her success with the National Trial Team, in 2011 she was named to the Order of the Barristers.
Ms. Ritucci also interned throughout law school and in the summer of 2009, she served as a legal intern for Newport News City Attorney’s Office, where she conducted legal research in a number of areas to create a proposal for updates to the City Charter and Code of Virginia. She then clerked for the Honorable Elizabeth McClanahan in the Virginia Court of Appeals, before clerking for Wicker Smith in the summer of 2010.
In 2008, Ms. Ritucci graduated summa cum laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a minor in Italian studies. During her four years at the University of Florida, she was a member of the honors program and on the Dean’s List. In 2006, she was named an Anderson Scholar of High Distinction and was also listed in the President’s Honor Roll from 2004 to 2007. In 2007, she conducted her studies abroad at the Università degli Studi di Urbino in Urbino, Italy.
Admitted to practice in Florida in 2011, Ms. Ritucci is a member of the Florida Bar, American Bar Association and Palm Beach County Bar Association. Outside of her law practice, Ms. Ritucci is an avid long-distance runner and is a member of the Palm Beach Road Runners Club. She spends her free time training and competing in marathons.
