2024 USLAW NETWORK
Transportation Industry Summer Legal Forum
July 31 - August 1, 2024 | St. Regis Deer Valley, Park City, UT
JOIN USLAW IN PARK CITY!
Please join us at the 2024 USLAW NETWORK Transportation Industry Summer Legal Forum scheduled for July 31-August 1, 2024, at the St. Regis Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah.
The limited-capacity Forum features two days of interactive discussions and networking for in-house counsel, chief legal officers, heads of risk and claims and USLAW NETWORK member attorneys and corporate partners focusing on the most important current and future issues that impact the transportation and logistics industries.
Due to its unique, intimate format, the Forum is limited to 80 participants. Instead of a standard presentation format, the Forum is deliberately fluid in nature, encouraging participation and sharing of information and experiences from all attendees. No PowerPoints, no Panels, no Presentations.
The following sessions are planned:
- Verdicts from the Plaintiff’s Perspective
- Issues with Coverage Layers
- Corporate Representative for 30(b)(6) Depositions
- Changing the Perception of the Industry and Sharing Information
- Unique Issues in Evaluating Cases in Today’s World
We look forward to experiencing the beauty of Park City and the picturesque Wasatch Mountains with you this summer!
