You will find an eclectic blend of food, fun and culture at each restaurant, and we have strategically aligned each restaurant with a USLAW practice groups conducting tracks at this Conference. This is a great place to network with your fellow USLAW attorneys and invited clients. Please select one restaurant when you submit your conference registration. Please note that all restaurants have limited capacities. Space is on a first-come, first-served basis. Listing of practice groups associated with each restaurant is for reference only. AAA Four Diamond Award winner Scarpetta, led by James Beard Award recipient Scott Conant, offers a regional Italian menu combining the simplicity of Italy’s cucina rustica with the refined flavors of fine cuisine. The Miami Beach Italian restaurant’s bold architectural features are just as captivating as the food. Enjoy an incredible fine-dining meal overlooking The Fontainebleau’s iconic majestic ocean and poolside views. Wrap yourself in the sparkling elegance of the glass-enclosed veranda with nautical themes that highlight the casual dining areas and cocktail lounge. Modern Cantonese cuisine is meant to be enjoyed and experienced in the proper fashion. Let the fourth-floor rooftop enclave of rich textures and hues mesmerize you with waves of exotic dishes. The name “Hakkasan” pays homage to the ‘Hakka’ people from the New Territories of Hong Kong while ‘san’ is the respectful Japanese form of address. This same tradition and respect go into every menu item and how they are each prepared and presented.

SATURDAY APR 1, 2023 | 7:00 P.M. – 10:00 P.M. | Join us on the Ocean Lawn and get lost in the neighborhoods of Miami.  Tonight, we will venture to iconic Miami spots like Wynwood, Little Havana and South Beach without stepping foot outside The Fontainebleau. You can do it all in one night.  Grab a craft brew, check out street performances and try your hand at graffiti spray painting in hip and colorful Wynwood Art District.  Stroll over to Calle Ocho, learn how to play dominoes, dance salsa, and taste a hand-rolled cigar in lively and social Little Havana.  Finally, grab a cocktail and dance the night away in our South Beach club with our first USLAW silent disco dance party.  Attire: Resort Casual.
