ABOUT THE MANAGING PARTNER FORUM

Targeted to law firm management leaders, USLAW’s Managing Partners Forum includes managing partners, management committee members and COOs of USLAW member firms who meet regularly throughout the year, including twice a year in person, to discuss a wide variety of substantive topics relevant to law firm operation. Topics range from disaster recovery planning, and cybersecurity and business development to diversity, hiring and retention strategies, firm health and wellness plans, and partner compensation models.  The NETWORK’s law firm management leader group provides an invaluable opportunity for the exchange of information and ideas among firm management leaders and is an intangible benefit of membership in USLAW.
