Jacqueline Bushwack is a partner in Rivkin Radler LLP’s General Liability and Complex Torts Defense Practice Groups, where she defends property owners, retailers, construction management companies, construction contractors, hospitals, physicians, adult care facilities and others in suits alleging premises liability, violations of New York State’s Labor Law, medical and dental malpractice, nursing home negligence and toxic exposures. Jacqueline is active in the firm's mentoring programs and co-chairs its Woman Initiative group. In addition to being a member of USLAW NETWORK, Jacqueline is a member of the American Bar Association, where she is a member of a subcommittee of the Section of Litigation’s Woman Advocate Committee. She previously served as co-chair of the committee and as the chair of Book Projects. The subcommittee's most recent book project entitled, "Her Story: The Resilient Woman Lawyers' Guide to Conquering Obstacles" was published in January of 2024. Prior to that, she was a co-editor and contributor for “Her Story: Lessons in Success from Lawyers Who Live it”. Past volunteer experience includes serving on the board of directors for the North Shore Child & Family Guidance Center and as a chair of its Business Advisory Council. She also currently coaches girls PAL basketball.
