Jasper Hagenberg

Jasper Hagenberg is a partner of Buse Heberer Fromm, heading its Berlin office and leading the firm’s intellectual property practice. He is admitted to the bars in Germany and New York. Jasper specializes in intellectual property as well as franchise and distribution law. He represents corporate clients, licensors and franchisors comprehensively in trademark/copyright law, competition law and distribution/franchise law matters at court and out of court. He also supports clients in the drafting and negotiation of contracts on a national as well as international scale. Jasper is a regular speaker especially on trademark and copyright law, author on Copyright (Germany) for the reference directory “Getting the Deal Through”, and has been listed in the Who’s Who Legal Franchise as a leading franchise law practitioner since 2016. Jasper has been a member of the board of Buse Heberer Fromm and TELFA for numerous years.
