Carr Allison shareholders Kyle Weaver and Chris Barkas in Tallahassee, Florida, obtained a favorable verdict after a four-day jury trial in an automobile liability case. The issues of fault for the accident and permanency of the plaintiff’s injuries were hotly contested.
