Lee L. Piovarcy

Lee Piovarcy is chairman of Martin, Tate, Morrow & Marston, P.C. where he engages in a private practice involving transportation law, products liability and commercial litigation. He is certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and is a Certified Trial Specialist in civil law in Tennessee. He is certified by the Tennessee Supreme Court as a civil law mediator. He is a past member of the board of directors and past president of the Trucking Industry Defense Association. Also, he is a founding member of the American College of Transportation Attorneys. Lee received a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame in 1963 and a J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law in 1966.
