Steve Winborn receives 2017 USLAW NETWORK Bill Burns Award

Stephen E. Winborn, vice president of corporate claims for National Interstate Insurance Company, has been named the 2017 recipient of the USLAW NETWORK Bill Burns Award. The award was created to annually recognize a client who has shown outstanding service and dedication to USLAW and is named after Bill Burns, a longtime transportation risk management and litigation leader for Landstar System, Inc., a Jacksonville, Florida-based transportation company. Burns was named the first recipient of the Award.

Bricker, chair of USLAW and a partner of USLAW NETWORK member firm SmithAmundsen in Illinois. “Steve is great friend of the NETWORK and a transportation and insurance industry leader.  He shares the great values Bill Burns has and the passion Bill demonstrated throughout his career.

Bricker was joined by Bradley A. Wright of Roetzel & Andress and Kevin L. Fritz of Lashly & Baer P.C. to present the award to Winborn at the recent Spring 2017 USLAW NETWORK Client Conference.
