Natasa Flourentzou

Natasa Flourentzou joined Demetrios A. Demetriades LLC in 2014. Natasa obtained her Bachelor of Law Degree (LLB Law) from the University of Leicester where she also obtained her LLM Master’s degree in International Commercial Law. She passed the exams of the Cyprus Bar Association, where she was admitted in 2013, and is eligible to appear before any Court of Law established in the Republic of Cyprus.

Natasa’s areas of expertise are mainly in the corporate field, including; mergers and acquisitions involving Cyprus entities and entities established in foreign jurisdictions within the European Union; re-domiciliation of companies from foreign offshore jurisdictions to the Republic of Cyprus and vice versa; attendance in board of directors’ meetings, annual general meetings and extraordinary general meetings of multinational companies managed by the firm acting as secretary for the purposes of taking the minutes of the meetings, organizing and guiding the procedures before and during the meetings and ensuring that the minutes are delivered to all participants at these meetings; reviewing, drafting and amending of agreements; Articles of Association of companies and other legal documentation; involved in the drafting of legal opinions; and analysis of the Law and provision of advice to clients with respect to legal issues concerning their companies. She is additionally responsible for the preparation of all documents and legal procedures for the completion of cross-border mergers.
