Jeffrey W. Moryan

Jeff Moryan is an experienced trial lawyer in both state and federal courts for over twenty-five years having tried over 100 cases to conclusion, including aviation, product liability, toxic tort, commercial and environmental law matters. His trial and litigation experience spans complex commercial to wrongful death, brain injury and other significant personal injury cases. Mr. Moryan has also served as lead counsel for several clients, including airlines, corporations and major and mid-sized petroleum companies, in connection with catastrophic losses and mass litigation. Mr. Moryan is lead trial counsel for one of the airline defendants named in the consolidated lawsuits filed as a result of the 9/11 terrorist attacks. As such, he serves on the Joint Defense Committee, Aviation Subcommittee and Property Damages Subcommittee.
