Jessica Farley is a litigation attorney, experienced in advocating for her clients pre-suit through trial. Her practice is largely shared between retail/premises liability and employment law. Jessica prides herself on working with her clients to understand their values and proactively move the case toward the desired result. In addition to litigation, Jessica maintains a multi-faceted employment law practice. She represents clients at the administrative level, strategizes with employer decision-makers to reduce the risk of litigation, advises employers to implement policies and procedures that comply with ever-changing law, and is available for sexual harassment training and investigations. Jessica is licensed to practice in the State of California, the United States Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She is seasoned in appearing before the Labor Commissioner and the Department of Fair Employment and Housing. For two terms, Jessica instructed a Human Resources certification class at University of California Santa Barbara. She is an active member of USLAW, developing tailored educational presentations for clients and remaining involved in the Women's Connection, Employment Law Practice Group, and the Retail and Hospitality Practice Group. Jessica is a proud 2006 alumna of UC Santa Barbara. She graduated summa cum laude and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
