Craig Myers represents companies and individuals in a variety of litigation matters, including catastrophic personal injury, transportation, premises and products liability, professional liability, health care, and insurance defense. Craig places a strong emphasis on early case investigation and analysis, which allows his clients to make the best strategic decisions at every stage of the litigation, reducing their risk and maximizing rational decision-making. Craig was born and raised in Dallas, and he graduated from Texas A&M University in 1993. He spent three years working in a diagnostic microbiology laboratory at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center before attending Boston University School of Law. After graduation, he moved back to Dallas and spent more than 15 years working at a large Texas-based law firm, where he accumulated a variety of litigation experience in the tort, commercial litigation, and financial services areas. Craig’s personal experience in defending medical malpractice cases allows him to be very effective in defending serious personal injury matters wherein medical causation of catastrophic damages and alleged future care needs are major issues. Craig also spent three months in the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office, as part of the “Lawyers on Loan” program. There, he prosecuted misdemeanor cases and gained valuable courtroom experience, which he has since applied to his civil practice. Craig joined Fee, Smith & Sharp, LLP, in 2015. His wife, Kallie, is also an attorney and serves as general counsel for Petrus Trust Company. They have three children.
