Kevin Fritz is a partner with the law firm of Lashly & Baer, P.C. He engages in all aspects of civil litigation, in both state and federal courts, with an emphasis in transportation litigation involving motor carriers, insurance defense, premises liability, product liability, commercial and business litigation, including pre-trial and discovery matters, trials before judges and juries and upon appeal. His representation includes companies and their employees in a variety of matters from catastrophic personal injury to a wide range of property damage, breach of contract and cargo claims.
