Moses Suarez

Moses Suarez focuses his practice on the representation of hospitals, pharmacies, mental health facilities, long-term care facilities, and health care professionals. His extensive malpractice litigation experience includes adverse maternal and fetal outcomes, emergency room care, and complex vascular injuries. Moses also represents medical professionals before state licensing boards. Moses advises clients on interpretation and compliance with state and federal health care regulations (false claims act, anti-kickback, STARK, HIPAA, etc.), including drafting business contracts, CLIA operations, and policies. He also assists clients with risk reduction strategies and crisis management (i.e., infectious outbreaks such as Legionella).
