2023 USLAW NETWORK
General Counsel and In-House Counsel Forum
March 8 - 9, 2023 | Grand Reserve at The Meritage | Napa, California
Please join us at the 2023 USLAW NETWORK General Counsel and In-House Counsel Forum at Grand Reserve at The Meritage (previously Vista Collina) in Napa, California on March 8 – 9, 2023. The Forum is a two-day, interactive/discussion-based event focusing on some of the most important current and future legal issues that impact your business. In advance of the Forum, the USLAW NETWORK Diversity Council will facilitate a half-day DEI discussion.
Instead of a standard presentation format, the Forum is deliberately fluid in nature, encouraging participation and sharing of information and experiences from all attendees. No PowerPoints, no Panels, no Presentations.
Invited to the Forum are general counsels, assistant/associate general counsels, and heads of legal, together with USLAW NETWORK member attorneys from the U.S. and abroad. Due to its intimate format, the Forum is limited to 80 participants.
Topics will include:
• Strategies to Work Effectively and Successfully with Outside Counsel
• Emerging Litigation Risks, Bet the Company Litigation, and Risk of Nuclear Verdicts – Perspective from Outside Counsel to Avoid the Worst-Case Scenarios
• Growing Demands on GCs – Burnout and How to Avoid It Both for Themselves and Their In-House Counsel
• Corporate Liability for Social Media Misconduct by Employees or Corporate Representatives
• The War Between Risk and Marketing: Sales Department vs. Legal Department
